This past Wednesday the VVS Alumni Team was scheduled to set out on a road trip to visit Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico then on to Boulder, Denver, and Durango Colorado. Due to Covid-19, we had to cancel our alumni trip. We were all very sad until we realized we had a solution.

 

The good news is just because we are physically distancing doesn’t mean we need to socially distance - in fact, we get to expand by hosting a virtual VVS Alumni gathering.

 

Two, possibly three, of our New Mexico and Colorado hosts are going to host the party along with our Alumni team. Melissa Shanahan BOD, ‘83, and Alumni parent ‘21, Joan Findley-Perls ‘79 and hopefully Anne Salzman, Former HOS and Alumni parent ‘00 will be facilitating some discussion topics to engage our guests in sharing together on ZOOM.

 

Let’s raise our glasses to one another, check-in to see how we are all doing, and have a chance to share some VVS love.

 

Paul Amadio, Head of School will give you a brief state of school and news on how we are adjusting and adapting to the Covid-19 crisis. As you can imagine, learning must continue at VVS and Paul will give us all the details. But the real reason is to CONNECT together as a VVS FAMILY. There is nothing expected of you and we would love your virtual attendance. Please join us!
